CIRCUIT CLASSES

$20 per week

 

Circuit classes like you've never experienced them before. Each day is unique and works a specific part of your body. Train at your level of fitness and see results faster.

MONDAY - Upper body

TUESDAY - Lower body

WEDNESDAY - Core

THURSDAY & SATURDAY - Combo/full body

FRIDAY - Power

The hours the circuit is available are below. You don't need to make an appointment, just show up and I'll take you through an awesome workout.

Monday - Friday | 5.30am - 10.00am & 3.30pm - 6.00pm

Saturday | 8.00am - 9.00am

PERSONAL TRAINING

Have a specific goal? Need personal, one-on-one help to get there? Need someone to push you, encourage you and call you at 5am to get out of bed??

1.5 hour initial consultation | $120

Includes full body composition (see breakdown below), movement screening, workout plan, meal plan, goal setting.

$80/session for 1 PT appointment per week

$75/session for 2 PT appointments per week

$70/session for 3 PT appointments per week

NUTRITION

1 hour consultation | $120

 

70% of weight loss is what we put in our mouths. Good nutrition is vital. Not only will you feel better for eating better, you'll reach your goals faster.

Consultation includes eating history, goal setting and a meal plan specific to your body type, goals and needs.

BODY COMPOSITION

First appointment | Free

Thereafter | $60

 

In this 30-minute appointment I will measure your heart rate, blood pressure, girth (waist, arms, hips etc), weight and body fat percentage. I will do a posture assessment to identify tight spots, misalignments which may be hindering a range of movement in various joints and systems.

We will also have a quick chat about your goals, what you are currently doing to achieve them and ideas to help you get there faster.

It's a great idea to have these monthly or bi-monthly so you can monitor your progress.
